He is founder of Samarthanam Trust for Disable. He was born in Bailahongal taluk Belgaum.  He has agricultural back ground and joint family. He joined the English medium blind school in Bangalore.  When he was six moth kids that time he had lost his eyes he became blind although his junior level chess champion.In 1997, Mahantesh G.K. and two of his friends envisioned an organization to provide opportunities for the deserving, young, and talented children with disability of any form, or from marginalized economic backgrounds. Thus, more than a decade ago, Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled came into existence by providing free hostel facilities to the deserving students. * Taking care of others  * Believe myself *Malty task manage *They are using Java software.

In 2012 they have conducted blinders cricket in Bangalore.Organization is doing these sectors social service, revenue generate, branded, recycling of west,They told that he should have revenue generate then organization becomes perfection.

Q, How money   planets were planted in the year 2010-11 in the Hubli city?

Answer:  I got answer are 1000 plants they were planted in the year 2010-11

Out of total plantation how money no of plants are surviving \alive

Respond: total out of 85% (percent) of plants are surviving in this year

What was allotted budget for 2010-11, and how much was spent for plantation purpose?

Respond: total sanctioned amount was 1,29,800=00 in the year of 2010-11, and amount has expenditure total 1,29,800=00 for city plantation  

 Good information to me as well as public. This regarding information I share among the people during the leadership activity.My opinion about my application this is good information me but only I got information did not changes because again I filed two types information under Right to Information Act 2005

I didn’t know about Hospitality industry. This is largest industry in the world. 9.5 million Employees doing job in the field. This industry has Travel, food, accommodation, airline, tickets booking, etc.hospitality industry has 80% of clients 20% of business but if you take other business 20% clients 80% of business because hospitality industry has largest opportunity in the world.I have qualification but according to him I have to developing skill better than qualification. The qualification is giving awareness to me it is not giving skill. If I want develop skill I need more practically.If I start any business experience staff also more important and I learned what is the deference between new qualified staff and experience staff. Both is need we should maintain both staff skill new staff has innovative idea we can use his idea properly.

Negotiation this business has negotiation each and every contact we should have like marriage party, birthdays party etc.
