Mr Hemal Desai is a General Manager of the Maura Hotel in Hubli Bay pass. Basically he completed engineering degree in Dharwad collage. After He got degree Hotel management total 16years experience in the hospitality industry. (Contact): desai_hemal@hotmail.com
I didn’t know about Hospitality industry. This is largest industry in the world. 9.5 million Employees doing job in the field. This industry has Travel, food, accommodation, airline, tickets booking, etc.hospitality industry has 80% of clients 20% of business but if you take other business 20% clients 80% of business because hospitality industry has largest opportunity in the world.I have qualification but according to him I have to developing skill better than qualification. The qualification is giving awareness to me it is not giving skill. If I want develop skill I need more practically.If I start any business experience staff also more important and I learned what is the deference between new qualified staff and experience staff. Both is need we should maintain both staff skill new staff has innovative idea we can use his idea properly.
Negotiation this business has negotiation each and every contact we should have like marriage party, birthdays party etc.
I learned about he always he has dairy any order learning new thoughts he keep record in his notebook, log book, contact no and addressees,
